Yuna Concert

The best part about LA is exploring the city when its lonely. It's such a beautiful place when its calm. Everything is there for you, waiting. However, I must say, it is a little weird seeing it so empty.
Just this past Saturday I joined many Angelinos and visited the California Plaza in Downtown LA for a free concert. Singer Yuna was performing and I couldn't resist this opportunity. Her voice is so beautiful and she truly appears to be a humble loving person (aside from her obvious talented self).
Here is the outfit I wore. I wanted to be comfortable since I knew there would be a lot of people. I am wearing an Adrianna Papell dress (here is something similar) with some Nasty Gal sandals. These sandals are incredibly comfortable and I love the fact that they have a small tiny heel. You can find something similar here. Unfortunately, this specific shoe design has been sold out. OOF!
While I was definitely comfortable, this dress can be worn with heels, but for a free public concert lets keep it simple and comfy. YES, please.

The lighting everywhere was so gorgeous. This outfit worked pretty well and I had such a relaxing time in a city where there is always some type of chaos. That day, though, LA did sleep.
Now, I'll leave you with some downtown late-night beauty. It's your turn to ponder. If you were there, let me know how you liked it! My favorite song from Yuna is "lullabies" just so you can go ahead and check her out.

Next time you go out make sure to stop for  a moment and take everything in, slowly. Breathe the air, hug the person next to you, and remember that tomorrow will be another day that will give you a chance to pursue the best version of yourself.
Until next time,
Ria.
