Newspaper Favorites

Last Month I made a post about my Daily Bruin favorite images from December. It is time that I post some of the images I have taken this January. The greatest part about being a photographer is getting to know other people; their struggles, achievements, and their lifetime work which they put in for others to learn. A college environment never seemed so welcoming and random, so many people that have so many stories to share, knowledge and happiness. Being a photojournalist at the Daily Bruin is not a "job". I feel as if is a pastime in which I get to dive into the lives of others and forget about myself for a while. While that might sound a bit weird, I mean it in the most positive and sincere way possible.

Have a beautiful week. Give yourself a chance to become interested in someone else, and while you are at it, forget about yourself.
