About two days ago I decided I would act upon my long desire of needing a change. I have been changing little by little with the way I dress, the way I talk, what I read, how I eat, and all those lovely things (which can often be pretty hard to stay consistent with). Therefore, I figured if I did something bold I would also gain confidence from that. Makes sense, right?
Before doing this, I did a lot of research on what is required to keep your hair healthy, which good/affordable salons around LA, and finding an attractive color for my skin tone. As you can see, my hair is a big deal, I don't have an abundant amount, and I want to preserve it as best as possible. Don't we all?
To be honest, after seeing my hair all done, I felt like a different person. I felt bold and empowered. I felt as if my eyes had gained a different shine and my posture had changed. I was astounded by my new look, and all I can say is that I LOVE it.
Of course, as you can see, I couldn't skip this small but significant event in my young life without taking some photos. I was aiming towards feeling confident, bold, but still be ME. So, in other words, keep it fun but classy! YAAS, please.
